Setting Up Your Plug-In Unit
This guide walks you through setting up your plug-in unit, adjusting fragrance settings, and troubleshooting common issues to ensure optimal performance.
Important Setup Requirement
The refill wick must be properly inserted into the unit’s circular holder. Incorrect placement may prevent the fragrance from dispersing effectively.
How to Insert the Refill
1. Remove the Cap
Unscrew and discard the cap from the refill bottle.
2. Locate the Wick Holder
Hold the plug-in unit and identify the circular opening where the wick will rest.
3. Insert the Refill
Gently guide the wick into the holder. Do not force or twist. A slight click may be heard when properly placed.
4. Plug In the Unit
Insert the unit into a wall outlet in an upright position.
5. Check Placement
Ensure at least 12 inches of clearance from surrounding objects such as furniture or curtains.
Safety Precautions
- Do not force the refill into the unit
- Clean any spilled fragrance liquid immediately
- Avoid damaging the wick, as this can affect performance
- Always keep the unit upright during use
Fragrance Intensity Settings
The plug-in unit includes three adjustable intensity levels:
- Low: Light fragrance
- Medium: Standard setting (default)
- High: Strong fragrance
Press the button on the side of the unit to cycle through settings. Indicator lights will show the selected level.
Night Light Feature
- Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn the light on
- Press and hold again for 5 seconds to turn it off
Refill Lifespan

A noticeable decrease in scent strength typically means it is time to replace the refill.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure the wick is fully inserted into the holder
- If the wick is bent or frayed, gently reshape it
- If the wick is stuck, carefully reposition it inside the bottle
- Confirm the unit is upright and properly plugged in
