Need to update something in your order? We understand that mistakes can happen. Because our system begins processing orders very quickly, there is only a small window where changes may be possible.
Important Order Policy
Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. Our system begins processing orders immediately after checkout to ensure fast fulfillment and delivery.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. This includes:
- Adding or removing items
- Changing item quantities
- Switching product types, sizes, or variants
- Updating billing information
Why Orders Cannot Be Modified
Our system is designed to begin processing orders immediately after checkout to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, there is very little time available to make changes once an order has been placed.
What If I Made a Mistake?
If you placed an order in error or need to make a change:
- Contact us immediately after placing the order.
- We will check if your order is still within the short processing window.
- If it has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a corrected order.
After the Processing Window
If your order has already moved into fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Once the order arrives, you may follow our Return Policy if the item is eligible.
