What Happens If You Refuse Delivery of Your Package
We understand that sometimes a package may arrive at an unexpected time, or you may decide you no longer need the items you've ordered. If that happens, you have the option to refuse the delivery when it arrives. Here's everything you need to know about what happens next and how refunds are handled.
Can I Refuse a Delivery?
Yes! If you're present when your package is being delivered, you can inform the carrier that you do not wish to accept the delivery. The carrier will then return the package to us.
🛑 Note: This option is only available at the time of delivery. Once the package is left at your address, it cannot be considered a refused delivery.
Refund Policy for Refused Deliveries
If you choose to refuse delivery of your order:
- We will issue a refund for the subtotal of your order (excluding original shipping fees).
- A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted per box that is refused and returned to us.
Example: If your order was shipped in 2 boxes and both are refused, a total of $11.98 will be deducted from your refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once the refused package(s) are received and processed at our warehouse:
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
What If I Already Accepted the Package?
If the package has already been delivered and accepted:
- You’ll need to follow our Returns Process instead of refusing delivery.
- Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to send items back.
